IRIS VAN HERPEN: SCULPTING THE SENSES | NOW – 7 OCT
Dutch fashion designer Iris Van Herpen is bringing an exclusive to Brisbane immersive experience as her fashion, art, design, science and technology collide. Held at QAGOMA, the exhibition will explore almost 100 garments in conversion with contemporary artworks, natural history and cultural artefacts from where the artist has drawn her inspiration.

LUZIA: CIRCQUE DU SOLEIL | NOW – 10 NOV
Embark on a vibrant journey through an imaginary Mexico with LUZIA. Witness dazzling acrobatics tumbling through the air alongside stunning visuals with detailed sets and costumes, bound to have you watching from the edge of your seat.

COCO CHANEL: LIFE OF A FASHION ICON | 4 - 17 OCT
Experience the fascinating life story of a fashion icon, Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel through the expression of ballet. The Queensland Ballet and acclaimed Belgian-Colombian choreographer Annabelle Ochoa delve into the creativity, controversy, glitz and glamour, and light and dark of her story.

Head to Redlands Performing Arts Center to experience A Night of Swing and Soul as Quandamooka singer song writer, Adam James, prepares to ‘wow’ you. Enjoy incredible First Nations music that celebrates heritage and harmony.

CAXTON STREET COMEDY FESTIVAL | 19 OCT
If you are in need of a belly hurting, tear jerking laugh, then Caxton Street Comedy Festival is where you should be! Featuring some of Australia’s comedy royalty including Luke Heggie, Geraldine Hickey and Michael Hing, and bringing together multiple Caxton Street venues to create a great night.

MELT FESTIVAL | 23 OCT – 10 NOV
Queensland’s premier open access festival is set to queer the town in a colourful celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community. Taking over Brisbane, from the river to Fortitude Valley and Fish Lane all the way down to Redlands Coast at Sirromet Winery, this melting point of cultural events and activities is (literally) not one you can miss!

ABILITY FEST | 26 OCT
The first of its kind, Ability Fest is promoting inclusion within the music industry unlike ever before. The festival caters for all access needs so everyone can experience the magic of a music festival and is open for anyone over 16 years old to attend. All ticket sales and proceeds will go to the Dylan Alcott Foundation, helping young people to achieve their dreams.

SPENCER TUNICK | 27 OCT
One of the most unique events of Melt Festival is the Spencer Tunick installation on Brisbane's Story Bridge. The bridge will close down to allow for thousands of individuals to strip bare for this tantalising photoshoot. This monumental moment will celebrate diversity, equity, inclusions and the vibrant culture of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies.

THE LONG SUNSET | 1 – 3 NOV
This is not your regular music festival. The Long Sunset offers not only live music, but community, art, culture and spectacular views of Brisbane’s Scenic Rim. The carefully curated lineup featuring Angie McMahon and Matt Corby, speaks to the unique laidback nature of this hinterland festival.

NIGHT FEAST | 16 OCT - 10 NOV
Spotlighting the best in Queensland's culinary and art scene, Night Feast is returning for a Spring edition! The event will welcome a stellar line-up of chefs and restaurants, renowned bars serving delicious drinks, and an awe-inspiring art program.

OKTOBERFEST | 19 OCT
It’s that time of year again to dress up, raise your steins, and enjoy a huge pretzel. Flock to Brisbane’s Oktoberfest for delicious German food stalls, thrilling rides, silent discos, and entertainment and on-stage competitions for everyone, not to mention the ability to taste your way across Germany with a huge selection of imported German beverages.

World champagne day is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than to take a scenic trip out to Beechmont Estate in Scenic Rim and partake in a guided champagne tasting experience accompanied with a delicious, spring-inspired five course menu.

SPOOKY PUTT PUTT | NOW – 3 NOV
Spooky Putt Putt is back from the dead! Victoria Park’s putt putt course has transformed into a haunted hangout where ghosts, ghouls, witches and scarecrows reside. Fun for all ages, there are even boo-zy slushies on offer for those who dare!

BLUEY’S WORLD | 7 NOV – 27 APR
A brand new immersive experience on Hamilton’s Northshore will be the new must-do for families, as Bluey comes to Brisbane. Journey through a recreation of Bluey’s home, play beneath the shady branches of the famous Poinciana tree and partake in interactive play with a mesmerising soundscape.
