HIROMI TANGO AT MUSEUM OF BRISBANE | 2 MAR – 11 AUG
Hiromi invites visitors to create decorative flowers and foliage fashioned from upcycled textiles and foraged local materials inspired by the abundant blooms and buds found across Brisbane. Museum-goers can participate in facilitated hands-on workshops or simply wander in and engage in self-guided art activities to contribute to the budding public project.

FRIDAY LATIN NIGHTS | EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT
Dance your way into the weekend with the vibrant rhythms of Friday Latin Nights. Located on Reddacliff Place on Queen Street, you will be able to see, hear and smell the event as the live music, social dances and food trucks await for your dance moves.

OPEN SEASON | 20 MAY – 24 AUG
It’s Open Season in Brisbane, now in its 4th year, the Tivoli Group return with its successful music and arts program. Running all through winter, there will be artists such as The Paper Kites, Ladyhawke, Pond and many more. Be quick to get tickets to your favourite artist before they sell out!

BRETT WHITELEY: INSIDE THE STUDIO | 20 JUL – 8 SEP
Exclusive to Logan Art Gallery is an intimate insight into Brett’s artistic world through this exhibition of painting, drawing, sculpture music and photography. Bringing works from the Brett Whiteley Studio, this is an incredible journey to experience and understand the mind of one of Australia’s most celebrated artists.

'RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT TIME' | 23 JUL - 10 AUG
An incredible art exhibition in Fortitude Valley’s Mitchell Fine Art gallery, where paintings by Peter Hudson are displayed. Take in these stunning artworks influenced by remote Australian landscapes.

IRIS VAN HERPEN: SCULPTING THE SENSES | 27 JUL – 7 OCT
Dutch fashion designer Iris Van Herpen is bringing an exclusive to Brisbane immersive experience as her fashion, art, design, science and technology collide. Held at QAGOMA, the exhibition will explore almost 100 garments in conversion with contemporary artworks, natural history and cultural artefacts from where the artist has drawn her inspiration.

CLANCESTRY | 30 JUL - 9 AUG
Clancestry is an incredible compilation of events held at QPAC where First Nations creatives come to celebrate the identity and connection of culture. From dances, workshops, conversations, live music and more, Clancestry is a chance to immerse yourself this vibrant and ever-evolving culture.

GREAZEFEST | 2 – 4 AUG
Step back in time the Kustom Kulture Festival, where hot rods, markets, live music and incredible outfits fill the Redlands Showgrounds. Win prizes, check out the best vechiles and dance the night away as you immerse yourself in the world of rockability.

BRISBANE FASHION FESTIVAL | 25 AUG – 30 AUG
Brisbane’s largest fashion event of the year is set to return late August in Brisbane City’s Hall. This event focuses on supporting the local fashion industry, sustainability, diversity and inclusivity. This years program is packed with incredible opportunity and style, perfect for anyone who love fashion.

BRISBANE FESTIVAL | 30 AUG - 21 SEP
Back for another year of out-of-the-box creative and immersive experiences, Brisbane Festival is set out to be bigger and better than ever. For the month of September, you can find events all around Brisbane that are set to awe, amaze, and shock.

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER: FASHION FREAK SHOW | 30 AUG – 15 SEP
Combining fashion with fifty years of defining political and cultural events into a show that is described as “exuberant”, “funny”, and “scandalous”. Featured during Brisbane Festival, this sell out show is bound to blow you away.

SWEET RELIEF! | 7 Sept 
This nostalgia-fuelled celebration of throwback hits returns to Brisbane with headline act, Kelis, sure to bring all the festivalgoers to the dancefloor. This stellar line up of all your old favourites is sure to have you busting a move as this vibrant Brisbane music festival.

LAVENDER HILL & FIERY WINTER WARMER | NOW –SEP
Run every Saturday and Sunday at Sirromet Winery, choose to from an evening under the stars with this cosy firepit and hamper or an afternoon in the blissful sunshine in the lavender fields. Relax in a private setting with a picnic blanket and rustic table setting while sipping on wine and sampling tasty nibbles from a generous hamper filled with premium cheeses to crackers and sweets.

MORETON BAY FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL | 23 – 25 AUG
Get ready to eat, sip, shop, and dance the weekend away in one of the most beautiful parts of Brisbane. This popular food and wine festival is no regular festival, tere are cooking demos, meet and greets with your favourite chefs, live music dance parties, over 200 different wines to try and so much more!

DOPAMINE LAND | 28 MAY - 4 AUG
Imagine an immersive and interactive multisensory experience that brings your inner child to life - that is Dopamine Land. Step into each of their whimsical rooms and enter a whole new world of wonder to roam and discover.

EKKA | 10 – 18 AUG
Queensland’s epic celebration of agriculture and local suppliers returns for a week of carnival rides, circus performances, motorcross, fun family activities and their signature showbags. 

WICKED | 12 SEP – 24 NOV
Broadway’s biggest blockbuster WICKED comes to Brisbane from September for a wickedly good display of music and storytelling! Watch this dazzling retelling of the Land of Oz with original music and magical performances on stage at QPAC.

GIGS & PICNICS | ONGOING
Get ready to soak up the vibrant atmosphere with the return of Gigs & Picnics - a free event nestled in the City Botanic Gardens. Join us from 12-4pm on the last Saturday of March to May and August to October for an unforgettable experience of free live music and delicious food trucks, thanks to City Sounds, Australia’s largest and longest-running free live music program.

OLYMPICS & PARALYMPICS LIVE SITE | 26 JUL – 8 SEP
Head down to South Bank to catch all the heart-racing moments of the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympic Games! With food trucks, interactive games, activities and a large screen streaming all the magical moment, you can watch your favourite event amongst the buzzing atmosphere.

WALLABIES v SPRINGBROKS | 10 AUG
Kicking off the Rugby Championship, witness the Wallabies take on last year’s Rugby World Cup champions, the Springboks, at this nail-biting sporting showdown. Avenging their loss from last year, the Wallabies will be on their turf to fight in what is sure to be an incredible game.
