With four signature beers, countless options on tap and a massive menu of classic pub food, Brisbane Brewing Co. has been a pre and post-game destination for more than two decades.

Future Magic Brewing Co.

A ten-minute walk north of The Gabba, you’ll find Future Magic Brewing Co, an independent brewery where you can explore new flavours on tap, as well as delicious woodfired pizzas with like-minded fans either before or after the big event. 

Story Bridge Hotel

One of the city’s most famous watering holes, the Story Bridge Hotel is a Gabba fan-favourite due to its electric energy, many bars and variety of food offerings. If you can’t make it to the Gabba, this is the perfect location to cheer on your team with fellow supporters.

Norman Hotel

For a pre-game hunger cure, head to Brown Dog Cafe for great coffee in a fun atmosphere. Tucked away in Woolloongabba's industrial sector, Brown Dog has remained a local favourite thanks to its all-day breakfast with high-quality ingredients and quality coffee.

Connected to The Princess Theatre, Fables Bar & Café is a cosy café from morning till night. Find some early morning classics such as avocado on toast or unique bites such as the Welsh rarebit. Sometimes a big day out calls for early morning fuel, and there’s few others in the area that do a brew as good as Make My Day. Nestled on the corner of Eden Lane in Woollongabba, Make My Day is a small, chic café serving up delicious cold brew, counter baked goods and fresh toasties.
