Dog Point Wine Dinner at The Summit Restaurant & Bar invites guests to an intimate evening of exceptional New Zealand wine, refined cuisine and sweeping views from Brisbane's Mount Coot-tha.

The thoughtfully curated four-course menu is paired with six premium wines from Dog Point, one of New Zealand's most acclaimed wineries. Begin with kingfish ceviche paired with 2025 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Moreton Bay prawns with 2021 Section 94 Sauvignon Blanc. Noosa spanner crab and pork belly is matched with 2023 and 2016 Dog Point Chardonnays, before roasted duck breast with honey parsnip, creamed spinach and cherry jus gras, accompanied by the 2023 and 2016 Pinot Noirs.
