Banc Brasserie & Wine Bar presents an exceptional dining experience at the Pinot & Truffle dinner on Thursday, 29 June at 6:30 pm. This exclusive event offers a menu featuring an extensive range of truffle-infused fresh produce, paired with exceptional wines.

Guests will be welcomed with sparkling wine and canapes before indulging in a seated four-course truffle-inspired menu with individually plated dishes, perfectly paired with wines from the renowned Dalrymple Vineyards in Tasmania.

Stylishly renovated, the restaurant and wine bar have been carefully designed to reflect a charm befitting is architectural routes, with soaring arched ceilings and original marble floors.

Banc’s menu celebrates fresh, seasonal flavours using ingredients locally sourced. The cuisine is influenced by traditional European Brasserie dishes and reflects authentic French indulgence with a modern enjoyment.
