The offer

Feast and experience an exceptional evening filled with Italian cuisine and entertainment at Massimo, featuring the mesmerizing opera duo 'Tempeste', comprising Laura Coutts and Annabelle Kemish. This is a ticketed occasion that includes an elaborate 11-course feast along with three sets of Italian and Italian-inspired opera performances.

Banquet includes: house bread with whipped ricotta dip, freshly shucked oyster with lemon, prosciutto e melone, beetroot cured salmon with fennel sauce, calamari with fresh tartare sauce, veal and pork meatballs with napoli sauce, sand crab cavatelli with white wine, garlic, lemon and cherry tomatoes, 500g rib on the bone cooked medium served with mushroom sauce, sautéed creamy parmesan peas and spinach, baby roma tomatoes, olive oil and red vinegar. Plus, a mixed dessert plate to finish.
