For two special nights in June, celebrate the food culture of Italy with Guy Grossi and Settimo’s Chef de Cuisine Alessandro Pizzolato who will present an unforgettable evening of Italian gioia di vivere (joy of life). Guy and Alesssandro will present a family-style menu that spotlights the classic Italian trattoria mixed with a little fun and their inventive spirit.

The venue

Settimo, within The Westin Brisbane, located in the heart of the CBD, will be a gathering place for lovers of authentic Italian flavours enjoyed with relaxed sophistication.

Diners will be made to feel as if they have been transported to Positano, whilst experiencing a sensory journey in each part of the restaurant. From light to moody, each detail is pointed to the Amalfi Coast with artisan craftsmanship.

The menu celebrates both Italian and Australian food culture - drawing on the abundance of local produce and some international hero ingredients, carefully crafted under the tutelage of Grossi. Diners are set to dive into an exciting journey of traditional flavours that hero both the raw ingredients and the masterful art of Italian cuisine.
