Veteran Games

The Veteran Games is an exciting opportunity for Australian Veterans to showcase physical resilience, teamwork and problem-solving in an Australian-first team competition.

Competing in teams of 8, this military-style event provides an exclusive opportunity for current and former serving personnel to put their unique skills and experience to the test. Teams will take on the Obstacle Course Challenge, Team Tug-of-War Competition, and other surprise events requiring problem-solving and teamwork – with each event replicating activities conducted during active military service or combat.

The inaugural Veteran Games will be held at a venue in the Numinbah Valley on the Gold Coast in Queensland. This will include the Veteran Heats Day, Veteran Finals Day and the opportunity for Civilian Teams to register and complete the competition events on the public holiday Monday.

The venue will include all competition events, as well as a food & beverage village and a vendor village – showcasing a variety of brands and businesses supporting our Veteran Community.
