Redland Sinfonia - Peter in the Wild

28 MARCH 2026

Redland Performing Arts Centre

Join Peter and the Redland Sinfonia for a wild musical adventure.

This is a joyful family-friendly introduction to orchestral music for our youngest audience members.

Fun, welcoming and sensory-friendly environment, this relaxed format concert will take place in the RPAC Events Hall.

Children are encouraged to dress up in animal costumes and bring their favourite soft toy for a special on-stage fashion parade.

This special concert features Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf with narration by Cr Paul Bishop, plus a selection of lively, animal-themed musical favourites.

A playful way for kids to learn about instrument families, musical storytelling and orchestral sounds, this will be a vibrant and fun concert to start the Redland Sinfonia's 40th birthday year.

Adding to the relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere, there will be a sausage sizzle on the Events Hall Green at interval.
