Rock Art Story Stones Craft

21 - 25 SEPTEMBER 2026

Redlands Coast Museum

Week 1 – School Holiday Craft

Every symbol tells a story. Every stone carries a message. What story will yours tell?

Get creative with our Rock Art Story Stones! Choose a stone in a shape, size and texture you like, then create your own story using simple symbols inspired by the colours and storytelling traditions featured in our current Fifty Years of Deadly NAIDOC exhibition.

A relaxed, hands-on activity for little makers to explore creativity, symbols and storytelling during the spring school holidays.

When: Monday – Friday (Week 1 of the school holidays)
Please note: Weekdays only

Children under 14 receive free Museum entry. General Museum entry applies for adults. Children must be supervised at all times.
