Festival of Small Halls Spring Tour 2026 - Macleay Island

The Macleay Island Community Hall is a lovely hall situated on beautiful Macleay Island in the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, just a short ferry trip from Redland Bay.

Macleay Island has a distinctive mix of relaxed coastal living, natural beauty, and a strong creative community. It has a population of around 3,193 people, making it the most populated of the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, which gives it a lively but still laid‑back atmosphere, with a thriving arts complex offering exhibitions and workshops, Clubs and facilities, including a bowls club with bay views, a boat club, and a golf course.
