Adult Ballet for All Abilities

11 MARCH - 11 NOVEMBER 2026

Redland Performing Arts Centre

Discover the joy of ballet in a welcoming, supportive environment with Adult Ballet for All Abilities, an inclusive and accessible ballet and repertoire class designed for people of any experience, age, or physical ability.

Following the structure of a traditional ballet class, participants will be prompted with standing, seated and/or adapted movement options as required. Ideal for adults and seniors who are new to ballet or seeking a supported and inclusive movement experience.

Queensland Ballet Teaching Artists will guide participants through ballet-inspired exercises that explore coordination, balance, strength, musicality and self-expression, with clear options and adaptions provided so everyone can move in a way that feels safe and empowering.

No prior dance experience is required.
