Join for the annual Winter Solstice Festival, a celebration steeped in multicultural tradition as a time for renewal, reflection and reverence for the Earth’s natural cycles.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Northey Street City Farm, so tales of connection and exploring the threads that connect Plants, People, and Permaculture will be woven in.

Immerse yourself in permaculture talks, gardening workshops, thought-provoking panel discussions, art, and activities for the whole family.

The Festival includes workshops, live music, art, ethical markets, family friendly activities and delicious organic food. When the sun goes down, join for more live music, a crackling bonfire, solstice ceremony and the annual lantern parade.

This is a zero-waste event. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable mugs, cutlery, and bowls, but if they forget, some will be available on the night.
