30 AUGUST 2026

Third Space Collective

Join Three Little Birds for a vibrant and flavour-packed journey into the world of First Nations cuisine and drinks, hosted at Third Space Collective — a speciality coffee and micro roastery in the heart of Woolloongabba. Known for its rotating single origins, light bites, and community-driven events, it's the perfect space to gather and learn.

Discover native ingredients you can use to elevate your winter drinks. Watch Chef Chris share his culinary secrets as he demonstrates how to create mocktails that celebrate the unique tastes of Australia.

Come along to this hands-on class where you will learn how to make an Anise myrtle and spiced apple sour, Burnt pear margarita with saltbush salt and Lemon myrtle lime and bitters. Cheers, and enjoy!
