Begin by wandering through the flower fields of Macadamia Floral Farm, where you'll be personally guided by me as we harvest the finest seasonal blooms together. Learn how to select flowers at their peak and discover the stories behind the varieties growing throughout the farm.

With your armful of freshly picked flowers, we'll make our way to the house overlooking the rolling hills of Laceys Creek, where you'll be welcomed with a glass of champagne and a selection of light refreshments.

Here, renowned florist Deb Cooper of Lake House Daylesford will guide you through creating a luxurious hand-tied arrangement using the flowers you've picked yourself. Surrounded by breathtaking views, you'll learn professional floristry techniques in an intimate and relaxed setting.
