Hound and Gather Dog Festival

Hound & Gather brings its national dog festival tour to Greater Brisbane, hosted at the picturesque Ocean View Estates. It's a dog-friendly day out for the whole family, four-legged members included.

The festival runs across two sessions (morning and afternoon), and every ticket includes a three-hour Super Sniffari, giving dogs the run of a premium vineyard setting that's usually off-limits to paws. Fenced off-lead zones grouped by size let dogs play and socialise safely, while a mini agility course and pet-safe bubble machines help burn off the zoomies.

Show off your pup in the Best Dressed and Dog/Owner Lookalike contests, book a mini session with a professional pet photographer, and stay for regular giveaways. Browse the Barky Bazaar, a curated market of 20 local pet retailers and services, and meet animal welfare groups to learn how to foster, adopt or help. Every attending dog also takes home a free roll of poo bags from Central Animal Records.

Owners can enjoy wine from the venue's bar, gourmet food and feel-good tunes from the DJ while relaxing among the vines. Dogs must stay on lead throughout the venue, except within the designated off-lead zones.
