Embracing the Italian love of seasonality over two evenings, simple ingredients and dining together, you’ll be treated to a two-part masterclass before sitting down to dinner with your fellow foodies. This relaxed evening is great for all abilities, but especially perfect for lovers of home entertaining, or those wanting to increase your dietary-friendly repertoire (without sacrificing on flavour).

With Chef Kurt you’ll get hands-on in the kitchen, learning different tricks and techniques to make delicious Italian dishes that let the local ingredients sing - all without the carb coma.

Sarah will dive into the world of 'The Fancy Salad Leaves' and share a range of beautiful, healthy, and flavoursome salad leaves you can grow and use at home to add a little something special to your table. You’ll learn about the shapes and colours, the contrast in tastes, and how just a few plants can give you a bountiful harvest and health benefits.

The class will follow the Project Salubrious philosophy of no gluten, grains, dairy or refined sugar, and use local ingredients from a range of Moreton Bay farms and businesses, including Sarah’s own - located just minutes from the kitchen.
