Join Curatorial staff for a behind the scenes tour of the T-House collection!
Marsden ‘Mick’ Williams’ Train House, or T-House, was known to only a few of the passionate collector’s family, close friends & staff. With over 11,000 T-House international locomotive & rolling stock models held by Queensland Museum, visitors can learn more about this significant collection.
Be quick to book, only eight people per tour.
Tour Guidelines:
Ages 10 years and over. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
This is a walking tour
Accessible for wheelchair users
Only offered in English on this occasion
Photography is not allowed in the collection store
Guests will be in close proximity to each other
No touching or handling of objects is allowed
Tours will start promptly at the advertised times, late participants will not be able to join
Participants must leave food, drinks & bags in a designated, secured space at the start of the tour
Meet at the entrance to the Collection Stores, located in the building behind the main museum
