Join their one hour Gentle Exercise Program every Wednesday mornings.
Their instructor, Bec, is a qualified Pilates Instructor incorporating Pilates, stretching, and conditioning exercises that aid in muscle strengthening, stretching, increasing functional movement, balance, posture, flexibility, and injury recovery.
Bec will modify exercises to suit each individual and uses a combination of mat-work and chair Pilates, as well as standing exercises. Dumbbells, resistance and booty bands, and Pilates rings are integrated into each session as well.
Stick around after class for a cup of tea, coffee and a refreshing morning tea for all participants.
No booking required. AUD5 per class - both EFTPOS or cash available at the centre.
Please remember to bring along a towel, water bottle and mat if you have one.
Mats, bands, rings, and dumbbells are supplied, or you can bring your own equipment if you have it.
