As part of the Scenic Rim Eat Local Month, this exclusive event brings together five of award-winning chefs from Spicers Retreats across Queensland for a one-of-a-kind culinary collaboration. Each chef will present a signature dish inspired by their retreat's unique style, all celebrating the exceptional local produce of the Scenic Rim.
Guests will be guided on a roaming five-course degustation through the stunning 12,000-acre grounds of Spicers Hidden Vale, stopping at beautiful locations to enjoy each course and a perfectly paired wine or beer. The experience concludes at The Barn, where dessert is served to the sounds of live music in a relaxed atmosphere.
