Sustainable BNE Festival

24 - 25 MAY 2025

Roma Street Parkland

Brisbane's favourite sustainable living festival is back at a new location!

Delivered by Brisbane City Council in partnership with the Brisbane Sustainability Agency, Sustainable BNE Festival brings sustainability to life with something for everyone to enjoy - from live music and market stalls to kids' activities, workshops and delicious food trucks.

Formerly known as Green Heart Fair, the event began as a small suburban gathering of just 500 people and has since grown into a major celebration attracting over 20,000 attendees. Now in its 17th year, the event is a leading platform for learning practical everyday ways to live more sustainably.

Visitors can take part in hands-on workshops, hear from leading sustainability experts and explore a wide range of displays. There'll also be thrift shops, face painting, yoga classes, silent discos and if that's not enough, kids can see Bluey live on stage.
