Teen Paper Kokedamas Workshop

4 - 17 JANUARY 2024

Museum of Brisbane

Teens are invited to take an exhibition tour before heading into the studio for a hands-on craft workshop.

Inspired by the traditional Japanese art form of binding moss balls into hanging bonsai creations, join Museum of Brisbane for a teen workshop that’s all of the fun (minus the mess).

Take a stroll through MoB's very own art garden in new exhibition 'Rearranged: Art of the Flower' before returning to the studio for a hands-on workshop where you will craft your very own everlasting plant pal.

Using paper cutting and macrame techniques, you’ll craft a handmade plant pal to take home and admire. The best part? You don’t even have to remember to water it!
