Inspired by Queensland and Australian tastes, the High Tea menu incorporates flavours hailing from the red soil outback to coastal beach fronts. The menu's layered tropical fruit entremets featuring Bowen Mango, passionfruit and Redland Bay raspberries are all sourced from the state. There's also a Salmon and Mooloolaba prawn quiche, Stanthorpe cider apple-and-raisin scones, Maleny Cheddar Cheese, Roasted Mt Cotton Chicken and a fancy take on a lamington.
