MoB Kids: Fun with Ferns

19 SEPTEMBER - 5 OCTOBER 2026

Museum of Brisbane

Wear, weave and wander!

Kids can get hands-on with raffia and fern shapes inspired by Stories You Wear: Magpie Goose artist Mahala Burns and her artwork, Bungwal Fern. Twist, weave and layer your way to a nature-inspired creation that's ready to wear and take home.

Full of texture, imagination and leafy fun, this free drop-in activity invites young makers to connect with nature through creativity and play.

Simply drop in and let your imagination grow!
