For the first time ever, the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols will spread joy even further on Saturday 2 December, as this dazzling evening of high kicks, high notes and hijinks is streamed live from Riverstage straight to Victoria Park for free!
For those who miss out on tickets to the live stage show, or simply want to enjoy this tree-mendous night from a new vantage this year, this is one the whole family won’t want to miss.
Pre-show entertainment starts at 5pm and enjoy live pre-show entertainment by jazz entertainers SCAT as the sun sets.
Food trucks will be open from 5pm to purchase a selection of sweet and savoury food and non-alcoholic drinks, or pack your own picnic. Remember to pack a picnic blanket to enjoy the evening in comfort. Note: alcohol is not permitted at this event.
From 7pm, settle in under the stars for the live stream of the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols from Riverstage.
Arrive early for markets and amusement rides at the Southside Collective Christmas Markets, open from 3pm-8pm on the Victoria Park Sporting Fields. Expect jumping castle, inflatable slide, face painting and giveaways, along with a jolly appearance from Santa himself at 5pm.
