Italian Gala
The Italian Gala 2023 is an event not to be missed and one to be placed on Brisbane’s social calendar. Proudly organised by Co.As.It. community services, under the auspices of the Italian Consulate in Brisbane, it will not only celebrate Italy’s iconic national day, the gala will also grandstand C.As.It.’s outstanding achievement of 45 years of dedicated community service in the aged, community and disability care industry.
To be held in the splendid Plaza Terrace Room at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, patrons will indulge in sumptuous three-course dining (including drinks). The entertainment program will include renowned interstate performers ‘Italian Connection’.
They invite you to be part of this captivating Italian affair hosted by well-known TV news presenter, journalist and lecturer Rosanna Natoli. They hope to welcome the Italian Ambassador, who will join prominent State and Federal dignitaries, representatives of the Italian Parliament, the Italian Consul and community leaders who support and rejoice in the boldness of the Italian spirit and the significant imprint left by this migrant community on Queensland.
Co.As.It. Community Services is a charitable organisation that has been at the forefront of service provision, meeting the needs of frail aged, young people, the general community and those living with a disability.

- Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)
- Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)

- Caters for people with high support needs who travel with a support person.
