International Cake Show Australia

11 - 13 APRIL 2025

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre

International Cake Show Australia is Australia's largest cake, cookie, sweet and sugar art show. It's next level and not what you’d expect. If you're looking for an experience to amaze and inspire you, this is it.

It breaks all boundaries and takes sweet creativity to a whole new level. Best described as a cross between a food festival, culinary college, edible art gallery, shoppers' paradise, and a Willy Wonka Factory!

Tens of thousands of sweet loving foodies, hobby bakers, mums and dads who love to bake, and even professional pastry chefs make the pilgrimage to Brisbane for this incredible event.

Everything is designed to amaze, motivate and inspire. Just a few of the huge sugar features include Legoland, Alice in Wonderland, a fairy inspired enchanted forest, woodlands, a huge edible duck in a tub, and a realistic train full of interactive characters. There's definitely something to captivate the whole family, even an auditorium of oddities.

There's 100 free demonstrations, workshops, mini classes, pop up shops, competitions, prizes, the world's tallest Easter cookie tower and even sessions on how to start a home based business.

All activities except the hands-on classes, are free once you purchase your entry ticket. Children 12 and under don't require tickets. If you're a sweet loving foodie, lock this event into your diary, it's definitely a must do!
