About Aria’s Upper House
Dramatic architectural features inspired by Queensland’s Moreton Bay fig tree create an evocative design statement incorporating dancing balconies, architectural ribbons and Australia’s first double-storey rooftop club.

About Lisa Sorbie Martin
Lisa Sorbie Martin is a First Nations Artist, Designer, Curator, Consultant and Cultural Educator. Sorbie or Lisa known by most, is of Torres Strait Island descent from Mua and Murray Islands. She was named after her Grandmother ‘Sorbie’ who in turn was named after the Sorbie fruit which is a ‘Wild Water Cherry’ or ‘Bell Fruit’ that grows on the beautiful islands where her families originate from.
