International Cake Show Australia is Australasia's largest cake, baking and sugar art show. It showcases the unbelievable work of the very best cake sculptists, sugar artists, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and cookie artists within our industry.

Includes the largest number of huge "Battle of the Sugar Giants" sugar features ever showcased in the southern hemisphere. The minmum size is 3m x 3m! Don't miss the new "Corporate Pastry Buffet Challenge". Executive Pastry Chefs from SE Queensland's leading hotels are currently putting together their teams. They will ​be competing to win the 2025 title of "Best Corporate Patisserie within the Hospitality Industry". Don't forget to visit their stands to check out (and vote) for thier exquisite high tea buffet displays and statement cakes. They're located near the Haute Couture Wedding Cake Marquee!

The kids will love all the interactive activities, including the new "Auditorium of Oddities".
On the superstar stage you'll be able to watch six of the world's best extreme cakers, compete for the world title.

If you want to learn or upskill you'll be spoilt for choice! There's 5 stages, each hosting
free demonstrations on the hour every hour, hands on workshops and mini classes.
