Growing up in the heart of the Toowoomba mountains, Nick’s love for music flourished and grew alongside the environment, encapsulating the slow, honest beat of the area which is reflected in his sound. Sonic exploration began with his older brother's love for the Beatles and Neil Young, leading to his own experimentation that drew from these iconic influences.
