Mona Verdour brings handcrafted glamour to every performance. The hours of work put into hand sewn diamantés on her costumes, match the time put in to creating her vibrant yet melancholic songs. Mona is a prolific songwriter, and each song is a reflection of her life sprinkled with infectious melodies played with heart and soul. She has carved out a niche in the glamour pop genre and puts on shows at various venues around Australia.
Mona has fronted various iconic bands such as Bertha Control and Des De Mona and is a multi instrumentalist with rockstar pizazz. Her favourite pastimes are layering harmonies over her creations and developing new sounding, original music.
