Latin Waves Duo, comprising Karen Arango and Sergio Amaro, are Colombian artists who have brought their music to Australia, drawing inspiration from its multicultural environment. Both accomplished singer-songwriters, they skillfully blend Latin American rhythms with influences from pop, rock, and jazz. Karen, a classical guitarist, and Sergio, a choral director, infuse their compositions with a blend of academic rigor and heartfelt spontaneity.
