Whether playing solo or with a few of his musical friends along for the ride, Jack will have you reminiscing about long lost loves, pouring yourself another shot of whisky, then getting up and dancing the night away to his mix of swingin’ rockabilly tunes, old timey singalongs and ballads tinged with heartache, plus all the standards you’ve come to know and love.
Hailing from sunny Queensland, Jack Lorry has been singing country and western songs inspired by the rural Australian life for years. His music varies from traditional country through to western swing and ventures into up-tempo bluegrass numbers. Tunes like “Days On The Road” and “Sunset Kisses” will have you feeling like you’re sitting round a campfire deep in the Australian outback enjoying the stars overhead and good yarns with your mates. And fun, light-hearted numbers like “Beers With Jesus” and “Meet Me In The Front Bar At Birdsville” will get your boots tapping along the their country beats.
