The Band of the 1st Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery is a band made up of Army Reserve musicians based at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane.

Throughout its 66 year history, 1 Regt Band has undertaken many high-profile engagements, supporting roles, exercises and operational service. In recent years the band has conducted a number of exercises in Cape York supporting many indigenous and Far North Queensland communities.
As a result of our members’ commitment to training and their desire to deliver quality performances, 1 Regt Band quickly emerged as a high-profile representative of the Australian Army. This tight-knit group of individuals has been forged into a respectful organisation of soldier/musicians.
