The CommBank Matildas have captured the hearts of our nation, and after battling it out for bronze against Sweden on Saturday at Brisbane Stadium, Brisbane has the honour of awarding them the Keys to the City and hosting a celebration for the history books with an exclusive team appearance on Sunday at Riverstage.
A moment in time not to be missed, dress in green and gold and be part of the movement that’s rewriting the game for women around the world.

-Plan your public transport journey in advance.
-All items will be visually inspected by staff on entry to the site. Patrons and their bags may be searched by security. Any prohibited items will be confiscated, and alcohol will be disposed of.
-Patrons found carrying illegal substances, weapons or items considered dangerous or offensive will be referred to the police.
-Incendiary devices, including flares, fireworks and smoke bombs are strictly prohibited.
-Disruptive or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Intoxicated or disorderly patrons will be refused entry and/or evicted from the venue.
-Cloakroom will be available at Gate 1 for any prohibited items, any illegal items will be confiscated.
-Non-commercial food and non-alcoholic beverages will be permitted (sandwiches, soft drink, fruit etc.). Food vendors will be operating onsite.
-Items that are not permitted into the venue include glass (including bottles), alcoholic beverages, umbrellas, bags larger than A3 size and large metal or hard plastic containers (e.g. eskis).
-Be considerate, and ensure any rubbish is disposed of correctly.
-Moshing, climbing, stagediving, crowd-surfing and similar activities are strictly prohibited.
-Entry is at patrons’ own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, event staff, suppliers and partners accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damages caused to patrons or their property.
-In the event of an emergency, please contact on site security or police immediately or dial 000.
-Animals are not permitted, except for designated service animals accompanying visitors with disabilities.
-Small rugs, picnic blankets or back support style cushions permitted, however raised seating (e.g. folding chairs) is not permitted in the venue.
-Patrons will not be admitted once the venue capacity is reached. Brisbane City Council encourages guests to arrive early and to arrive together to avoid disappointment.
-The event will also be live streamed at FIFA Fan Festival™ Brisbane / Meaanjin at South Bank and broadcast live on Channel 7
-This event has been assessed as not anticipated to exceed the noise management conditions at Riverstage. Any noise complaints after 10pm, please contact Riverstage Team.
