Drayhorse Shires Cobb & Co Wagon Tours and Shire Farmstay
They offer shire horse-drawn Cobb And Co wagon tours in the outstanding scenic rim in southeast Queensland. A two and a half hour tour visiting their Shire horse Farm in Maroon, meet the shire horses and maybe foals, depending on the time of year, between August and May.
Then all aboard the Cobb & Co Wagon for a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride, returning to the farm for a traditional drovers picnic lunch including Damper, while taking in the breathtaking scenery and shire horses.
You will also have a guided tour and talk about all the horse-drawn carriages they have on-site.
These tours run every day and are subject to availability. There is plenty of time for photos with these beautiful heavy horses. They can offer from 2 to 28 people in a group, so why not book for that special event or just a great day out with stunning scenery.

Where you will meet our shire horses, Then onto the shire horse-drawn Cobb & Co Wagon for a lovely trip in the scenic rim. returning to the farm for a Traditional Drovers Picnic Lunch, including, Damper, Bread and butter pudding. Silverside Beef, Salads, Chutneys, Tea Coffee And juices, Vegetarian options available, Whilst taking in the view of the shires and the outstanding scenery of Mout Maroon.
You will be able to meet their shire mares and foals (august to April).
On returning to the farm, you will have a guided tour and talk about their other horse-drawn carriages.
