Bay Island Water Sports Coochiemudlo Island

Bay Island Water Sports is ready to take you in an adventure around Coochiemudlo Island, affectionately known as Coochie.

They will help to get you out on the water on a Kayak, Stand Up Paddleboard or our unique Chiliboats Water Bikes; you’ll never know, you might meet some of the naturally wonderful neighbours, dugongs, turtles and dolphins.

This small tropical island is only 5 km² but boasts 4 km of golden sandy beaches.

Coochie is the closest Bay Island to the mainland, with easy access from Victoria Point (45 minutes from Brisbane CBD) and just a 10 minute journey on the passenger or vehicle ferry.

They can be found on the golden sands of the main beach, just opposite the Beach Bar.
