Brisbane Oyster Tours offers unique oyster experiences in the stunning waters of Moreton Bay. Guests are picked up from the Port of Brisbane, very close to the CBD, and embark on a scenic boat ride to the oyster leases. Along the way, they can discover the evolution of oyster farming and observe the meticulous methods used to cultivate the Australian Oysters they know and love.
The family has proudly owned and operated oyster farms for over 17 years. Building on the success of our acclaimed Sydney tours, we are delighted to launch a brand-new location in the crystal-clear waters of Moreton Bay, bringing our signature oyster experiences to a whole new region.
Brisbane Oyster Tours
Sydney Oyster Tours offer immersive culinary tours on the Hawkesbury River, one hour from Sydney.
They provide a premium tourism experience which takes participants on a boat ride out to the oyster leases to learn about the evolution of farming and see the current cultivation methods. At the conclusion of the tour a sample of freshly shucked Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters will be served.
An add-on option is available for couples to be taken to a secluded beach to enjoy a fresh seafood lunch with a bottle of wine following the tour, must be booked in advance.
