Your visit will include highlights such as Cape Moreton Lighthouse, North Point and Honeymoon Bay, Blue Lagoon, Five Hills Lookout, and Mount Tempest (the World's highest sand dune).
During your two day adventure, you will experience sand boarding and tobogganing, snorkelling around the Tangalooma ship wrecks, body boarding and body surfing, and sightseeing in places such as the secluded beach of Honeymoon Bay, Cape Moreton Island, the beautiful and rejuvenating tea tree oil Blue Lagoon and much more. 1 Day Moreton Island Sand and Sea Departing Brisbane
The Moreton Island Sand and Sea tour starts with a luxury cruise across beautiful Moreton Bay to Moreton Island. Travelling along Middle Road, you pass through thick eucalypt forest on your way to The Desert, the home of Sand Boarding. Sand boarding and tobogganing is awesome fun, high speed and high adrenaline. After a fresh picnic lunch, prepared by your tour guide, they take you on a guided snorkel around the Tangalooma Shipwrecks. For those people who are not strong swimmers, kayaking around the Shipwrecks is a fantastic alternative option. View these magnificent shipwrecks for a completely different outlook on Moreton Bay and its spectacular scenery. Regrettably, you finish the day with their return to the ferry for a luxury cruise back to Brisbane.
