Sip & Banter Distillery

Sip & Banter distillery is a small batch craft gin distillery located in the scenic hills of Tallegalla, Southeast Queensland. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Jo, the distillery specialises in creating premium juniper forward gins that blend tradition with local flavour. Guests can sample the award-winning Navy Strength or the smooth and versatile Classic, both crafted on site with care and personality.

Enjoy complementary gin tastings, signature cocktails and grazing platters in a relaxed countryside setting. Bookings are recommended.
