City Winery Brisbane
City Winery is an urban winery located in Brisbane's most vibrant cultural and entertainment precinct, the Fortitude Valley. City Winery runs a number of wine experiences perfect for tourists and locals alike.
Guests can come in and try their hand at blending their own perfect wine, take part in a food & wine pairing masterclass over lunch or choose a self-guided wine tasting with lunch or dinner.
City Winery Wine Tasting with Lunch or Dinner
The team will take you on a tour through the winery, explaining the wine making process, the vineyards they source fruit from, and the stories of the people who grow their grapes.
Often customers can sample wine direct from the barrel (not available all year round).
The tour concludes with a two-course lunch with a wine tasting of four of their wines on wine tasting paddle.
Wine Blending Workshop
Blend your own bottle of wine with the experience City Winery staff and then get a half-bottle to take home!
Learn the art of wine blending under the guidance of the expert team at City Winery. You'll learn how we balance different elements from different wines to create something greater than the sum of its parts. A fun, yet informative session that combines wine tasting with wine making principles. Allow 90-120 minutes. Minimum group size is 2 guests.
Wine and Food Pairing Experience
Wine and food pairing masterclass learning about how food and wine work together.
Hosted by their guests will learn about how food and wine work together and what styles of wines works with various types of food. The wine and food masterclass revolves around six dishes and wine pairings that in total will be the equivalent to a full meal. Allow 90-120 minutes. Minimum group size is two people.
