Brisbane Distillery Company

Brisbane Distillery Company was founded by Master Distiller, Jon Atherton, in 2019 as Brisbane's first artisan distillery. His mission was (and still is) to produce quality local spirits with Australian botanicals. Brisbane Distillery is the city’s first grain-to-glass artisan distillery, where they are crafting new and exciting gin, agricole rum and botanical vodka.

They control every step of the process, from the farm where the botanicals are grown to the way they expertly ferment, distil, mature and blend the spirits. Their hand-crafted approach to spirit production passionately combines methods, expertise, skills and absolute commitment to quality.

Brisbane Distillery doesn’t just want to spread the love of their gin through their beautiful bottles. There are so many more botanicals available to experiment with that they decided everybody should give distilling gin a go themselves, so Gin School was born.
