South Passage - Adventure Under Sail
South Passage is a 30 metre gaff-rigged Schooner. Based on an 1840's design, she is built specifically for adventure sailing and education. It is owned and operated by the not for profit association, The Sail Training Association of Qld Inc.
South Passage is traditionally rigged with no winches. All sails are raised by hand. Participants can get involved in sail handling, steering the ship and riding the bowsprit. Alternatively, they can sit back and relax and watch the world go by.
South Passage will be offering the opportunity to get on board with General Public Day Sails from Manly and Short Sails on the Brisbane River over the holiday period.
Moreton Bay Day Sails
South Passage have a range of sailing dates to explore magnificent Moreton Bay on either a 4 or 6 or hour sail.
Please bring your own lunch, nibbles and drinks. The team will provide the ship and the experience.
