IMPORTANT NOTE: Unfortunately the Xpress Fun Train is undergoing some essential maintenance and is not operating at Roma Street Parkland. For details and updates, please follow the Xpress Fun Train's Facebook page.

Suitable for all ages, the trackless train travels throughout the parkland, including the Rainforest and past lush lawn areas with views of the lake.

The Xpress Fun Train operates from 10am – 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Operation of the train is however weather dependant, so please visit the Xpress Fun Train Facebook page for schedule updates prior to your visit.

The train departs from near the rear gates to the Spectacle Garden accessible via Weeping Fig Lane and Foxtail Avenue. Please refer to the Xpress Fun Train map for the departure location. 

It is $5 per person to ride the Xpress Fun Train with the ticket office located at the train departure point.
