Fortitude Valley:
Shopping trail

18 JANUARY 2023

Home to some of Brisbane’s best boutique shopping, Fortitude Valley is a hive of local, independent stores filled with unique finds, Australian designers and international brands. Make a day of it and explore some of the city’s best restaurants and cafes or pamper yourself at one the suburbs luxurious salons and spas.

Bakery Lane

Within Bakery Lane lies a handful of small boutiques, cute cafes and hip bars. Pick up a colourful wardrobe at Destacarse Boutique or rent luxury bridal dresses from Bessette Bridal. Make sure you pick up a snack from Cakes & Shit, there is no better way to show you care than with a light-hearted insult cookie.

Winn Lane

Neighbouring laneway Winn is tucked just off Ann St. Once you resist or give in to the tasty burgers at Ben’s then hunt for cool streetwear fashion at Akira or vibrant prints at Phoebe Paradise. Pick up all things guitar at Tym or make Winn Lane the destination to find your dream bridal or evening gown at Babushka Ballerina or House of Ezis.

California Lane

Trendy new edition, California Lane joins Fortitude Valley's laneway scene and sees a number of labels popping up to showcase their wares to valley shoppers. YP Threads and beachwear label LJC Designs call the laneway home, but we suggest stopping in to see what other boutiques are selling their designs.
