The property is located directly across the road from the stunning Woorim beach which will bless you with kilometres of white sand, crystal clear waters and if you're lucky a visit from the local dolphin pods. The section of beach directly across from the house is also sought after as it is dog friendly (off leash) or you can take a small walk up the foreshore to main beach and the patrolled area.

As well as having the beach directly across the road the property offers its guests a short walk to the centre of town where you can find a selection of cafes, clubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops. There are also walking and biking paths, parks, and picnic spots all within walking distant from the property. You are only a five minute drive from the rest of Bribie Island highlights such as Pumicestone passage, the cinema, shopping centre and the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.
