Located on the lower floor is the combined kitchen dining area, as well as a full bathroom (with bath), and lounge area with a desk and reading nook.

Upstairs there is a Sunroom, full bathroom and three bedrooms. Able to sleep six people comfortably, there is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and the third bedroom (which is the smallest but has the best views) has two single beds.

Outside there is plenty of room for alfresco dining under the pergola with a gas barbecue and dining table capable of seating eight people. Perfect for long summery lunches.

There is ample space to park a couple of cars or a boat under the carport and on the two driveways.
