Bellthorpe Stays
Bellthorpe Stays is where you need to stay to get nature connected. Bellthorpe Stays has 400 private acres, just over an hour north of Brisbane in the lush green hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland. There are five attractive, self-contained cabins to choose from.
Bellthorpe Stays is well regarded for its great variety of birds and mammals, rainforest, spring-fed creeks, waterfalls and walking tracks to get you around the property. Bellthorpe National Park is next door.
Each cabin has everything you need for your stay with a well-appointed kitchen, dining and lounge areas, large deck, BBQ and laundry facilities plus air conditioning and fireplace. All you need to bring is your personal items and food. The property is just over an hour self-drive to the Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast airports and about half an hour to Maleny or Woodford.
You can stay at the traditional timber Cottage (up to three people, great for friends or couples) or one of the two-bedroom Cabins (up to five people, great for family, friends and couples) or at Bellthorpe Retreat which is on a secluded neighbouring property (max of 2 people) with extra special features including King bed, fast free Wi-Fi, full kitchen, huge deck plus great property views with birds and wildlife at your door.

Bellthorpe Cottage
The Cottage is a great place for couples to get away from it all and recharge the batteries; complete with rainforest, waterfalls, walking tracks and resident wildlife, all on the 400 acre property and bordering the Bellthorpe National Park. Plus, about half the property runs cattle - peacefully grazing away. Accommodation is a queen bed and a single bed in a separate room. The Cottage is self catering with a well equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood heater for those cosy cool nights and wide verandas with views across the property.
Bellthorpe Cabins
Bellthorpe Stays has a total of 5 fully self-contained cabins. There are three two-bedroom cabins being Bowerbird, Birdwing and Whipbird, each sleeping up to five people; a two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 3 people; and Bellthorpe Retreat, a very private villa sleeping up to two people with special extras. The property has private waterfalls, rainforest and walking tracks. The property is surrounded by rainforest country, borders Bellthorpe National Park and is a great place for couples, or family and friends to get together. Each cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, television, DVD, stereo, barbecue, wood heater, electric blankets on the queen beds, washing machine and a deck with views into the wilderness or across the property.
