All classes follow a unique theme each month – Energy in March, Flow in April and Balance in May. Mondays to Fridays feature fitness classes run by qualified instructors, while Saturday’s offering includes fitness and dance classes plus a series of lifestyle sessions – think water colouring, mindfulness, grow your own garden and more.
From beginner to expert, all classes cater to all levels of fitness or experience and it’s free to participate!
